Booking Terms & Conditions
By making a reservation, you declare full knowledge and unconditional acceptance of the accommodation rules, booking, payment
and cancellation policies of 'Thalassa Studios". The terms and conditions described apply to all bookings made by email, telephone
booking and online. All rates are in Euro.
• A 33% deposit is required to secure the booking (for individual bookings)
• A 50% deposit is required to secure the booking (for group bookings)
• The booking deposit is non-refundable
• Deposits are non-transferable to other bookings
• The balance is paid upon your arrival - check in
• In case of early departure, the balance is non-refundable & the balance is non-transferable to other bookings
• In periods of high demand, the full amount may be requested in advance
