Green Studio is 20 sq.meters and has 1 double bed. First floor

Green Studio has private balcony overlooking the ionian sea, while

ground floor Studio has private large terrace overlooking our lush

garden. Ground floor Green Studio offers easy access for old

people or people with mobility limitations. This type of studio is

ideal for couples or solo travellers.

• Autonomous air conditioning unit (updated high technology that

removes from the air harmful bacteria, fungi and allergens, low

noise and iFeel function)

• Ceiling fans or desk fans (for our eco-friendly guests)

• Private WC and washbasin

• Shower

• Small kitchenette with sink, mini fridge and cooktop (2 hotplates)

• Kitchen utensils (knives, spoons, forks, plates, water and wine

glasses, coffee cups, frying pans, pots, Turkish coffee pot)

• Private balcony (with table and chairs) with sea or garden view

• Free wireless internet

• 24 hours hot water

• Bed sheets, pillowcases and towels (provided and changed for

free every 4th day)

• Inside the room during your arrival you will find a big bottle of

water, 2 small bottles of orange juice, sponge for kitchen,

dishwashing detergent, toilet paper and soap. We provide them

only once.

Important Information

• New: Brand new and upgraded autonomous air conditioning unit

• We have installed at all rooms ceiling fans for our eco-guests who

don't want to consume too much energy. Also during the pandemic

for your health we deactivated all the A/Cs units, you can use them

only upon request)

• Tap water is not drinkable

• Check In: after 15:00 & Check Out: before 11:00 (in order to

have plenty of time to thoroughly disinfect). Please note that use of

the facilities will still be available after the check-out

• Ground floor rooms offer easy access to people with mobility

limitations

• Seasonal common 'quiet hours': 15:00 - 17:30 & 23:00 - 07:00
